Instructions for Kalkungryde with sugar herbs
To prepare the Kalkungryde with sugar herbs recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil the rice as indicated on the package.
Cut the turkey seed into strips. Clean, rinse and halve mushroom.
Melt half of the butter in a saucepan and cook the turkey until it is cooked.
Take the meat, add the rest of the butter and thyme. Sweat mushrooms, pick them up and pour the cream in the pan together with the sugar peas, boiled for 2 minutes. Add turkey meat and mushrooms and boil on low heat for 2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and server with the cooked rice.
