Instructions for Kale
To prepare the Kale recipe, please follow these instructions:
The butter is melted in a saucepan. The flour is stirred and stirring is continued for a minute's minute (the flour is discarded). Add the milk 3 times as the sauce is whipped after each addition. When the sauce is boiled for a few minutes, add it with salt, pepper and a little grated nutmeg.
