Instructions for Kærnebrød

To prepare the Kærnebrød recipe, please follow these instructions:

Yeast and water are stirred together. The other ingredients are added and the dough is poured through. Set aside for hovering is loose place approx. 1 hour. The dough slices down and forms into a loaf of bread. Repeats approx. 20 min. Pour with a fork and brush with water. Bake approx. 1 hour at 200º. Tip: The bread will have the best consistency and taste if they stand a day after the baking, preferably wrapped in a dish.
