Ingredients for Johanna Pie
0.75 | dl | Potato flour |
1 | dl | Wheat flour |
1 | dl | Strawberry Jam |
1.5 | tsp | Baking soda |
1-1.5 | l | Strawberry |
2 | dl | Sugar |
200 | g | Soft nougat |
3 | dl | Whipped cream |
4 | Eggs | |
75 | g | Grated marzipan |
Instructions for Johanna Pie
To prepare the Johanna Pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip egg and sugar light and airy. Stir flour, potato flour and baking soda and stir until the dough is smooth and smooth.
Bake at 200 degrees C on the bottom groove for approx. 30 min.
Turn the cake out and let it cool.
Divide the cake into three bottoms. Put the bottom on a dish and cover it with strawberry jam. Rinse the strawberries and remove the stem. Cut half of the berries into slices.
Whip the cream stiff and mix 3/4 of the whipped cream with the sliced strawberries. Place half of the strawberry foam on the batter and cover with the next pie.
Wipe the rest of the strawberry foam over and sprinkle the fox marcipan over the foam. Lay the last bottom and spread the last 1/4 of the whipped cream all over the pie. Divide the rest of the strawberries in half and put them in the middle of the pie.
Stir nougat softly and spray it in one away around and possibly. Also the edge.
