Ingredients for Italian squashfad

0.5tspBasil, dried
0.75dlRed wine. meat
1canChopped tomatoes, canned
1tspOregano, dried

100gParmesan cheese. Reef

250g45 + mozzarella ball (fresh)
50gBreadcrumbs
500gMushrooms

Instructions for Italian squashfad

To prepare the Italian squashfad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mushroom and Zucchini cut into slices, and onion chopped.

Saute mushrooms and onion in olive oil, add the squash by a pargange to the fallen together. Add oregano, basil, pressed garlic and salt.

Add diced tomatoes and red wine and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Put the mixture in layer with mozzarella in a greased casserole dish. Mix the parmesan and bread crumbs and sprinkle it on top. Bake at 200 degrees c. alm. oven, the cheese is melted.
