2 | dl | Dark syrup |
30 | g | Icing sugar |

90 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Italian chocolate cake I
To prepare the Italian chocolate cake I recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip egg yolks and syrup light and airy. Stir coffee, cocoa, wheat flour and baking powder in and mix well.
Whip egg whites stiff, add flour and whip 1-2 min.
Mix the egg whites in the cake.
Pour into two liters of ring form and behind 45 min in the middle of the oven at 175 degrees.
Sprinkle with flour when the cake is slightly cooled.
