To prepare the Italian bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast is dissolved in the water, added to the salt. The flour is stirred and the bowl is covered in the refrigerator overnight.
Next day, pour the dough into a dish (not too large) with baking paper. Lubricate with olive oil and sprinkle with various spices or coarse salt.
Bake in the oven at the highest heat for 10 minutes on the tallest shelf. Turn down to 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Set to evaporate on a grate.
