Instructions for Ismousse with mint
To prepare the Ismousse with mint recipe, please follow these instructions:
Egg yolks and Creme de Menthe are whipped vigorously until it is white. Add the lemon lemon peel. Soak the gelatin into a little cold water. Just pour all of the water and melt the gelatin over low heat. Bring gelatin into egg mixtures. Whip the cream stiff and turn the whipped cream into the mixture. Whip the egg whites stiff and gently turn them in. Fill the mousse into serving glasses and style them in the freezer. The mousse is served when it is semi-frozen, it must not be too stiff.
Accessories:
Decorate with a roast of whipped cream, small pieces of peach or half strawberries and a green, fresh or candied mint leaf.
