Ingredients for Indian Bread

1 | tsp | Sugar |
1.5 | tsp | Salt |
25 | g | Yeast |
4 | dl | Hand-hot water |
500 | g | Flour |
75 | g | Yellow corn flour |
Instructions for Indian Bread
To prepare the Indian Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir yeast into the water. Add oil, salt, sugar, corn flour and most of the wheat flour. Work the dough through and add flour so that the texture becomes suitable smooth. Let the dough raise a warm cover for approx. 1 hour. Slice the dough easily and divide it into 2 pieces. Form them into buns and roll them flat with the cake roll until they measure approx. 24 cm in diameter. Cut six 4 cm long scratch at the edge of half of each bread. Fold the scratched end to create half-moon. Let the bread add after about 30 minutes on the plate. Sprinkle them with flour and bag them for 15-20 minutes at 225 degrees on the bottom groove.
