4 | bullets | Carte d'or vanilla (100 g/200 ml) |
50 | g | Dark chocolate |

To prepare the Ice-cream with vanilla and coconut recipe, please follow these instructions:
how to do it
1. Cut the chocolate into small pieces into a small bowl and melt it in a water bath.
2. Place the biscuits / biscuits on a baking sheet and brush them with melted chocolate.
3. Sprinkle coconut flour over them and put them in the freezer for 5 minutes until the chocolate is stiffened.
4. Remove the cookies / biscuits from the freezer and turn over 4 of them.
5. Put a ball of Carte d'Or Vanilla on each of the baked cookies / biscuits, spread the ice cream evenly to the edge of the biscuit and put the others on the lid with the coconut on top.
6. Serve immediately.
