Ingredients for Hvedegifler
1 ½ | tsp | Salt |
10-11 | dl | Wheat flour |
4 | dl | Water |
50 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Hvedegifler
To prepare the Hvedegifler recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumble the yeast into a bowl. Pour lukewarm water and dissolve the yeast. Add salt and 8 dl of flour. Work the dough well together for approx. 5 min. Put the dough on a floured table and knead it for another few minutes. It is important that there is always enough flour on the table.
Divide the dough into 16 pieces. Form the pieces for round buns and put them in a floured corner of the table.
Let the balls rise for 10-15 minutes. Roll the balls flat and roll them together. Lay the rolls on plates and bend them to the toxins.
Bake them at 250 degrees on the middle groove for approx. 10-12 min. The glands can cool without clothes.
