Instructions for Hulda's apple pie
To prepare the Hulda's apple pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Butter and sugar are stirred well. The egg yolks are added one at a time. Potato flour, wheat flour and baking powder are mixed and reversed. The egg whites are whipped stiff and turned in. Comes in a greased spring form. Put the ripened apples over, sprinkle with sugar, if necessary. Mixed with cinnamon and vanilla. Bake approx. 3/4 hour at 180C. The cake is suitable for freezing.
