To prepare the Hot salmon salad with summer vegetables recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cook the vegetables according to the instructions on the package. Cool them in cold water, so they retain the clarity and color.
Rinse the salad leaves and tear them into smaller pieces. Rinse and shred cucumber and lettuce. Rinse the radishes and leave a green heart leaf.
Stir the skinny and bony salmon slices in a little bit of fat. Season with salt and pepper.
Lay the salad leaves on four plates. Distribute vegetables and cucumbers on them. Place a salmon slice and a radish in the middle of each dish.
