Instructions for Hornfiske fillet with Apple dressing
To prepare the Hornfiske fillet with Apple dressing recipe, please follow these instructions:
The fish be able and filleted. Flip the fillets in beaten egg and mix together the breadcrumbs of bread crumbs, flour, salt and pepper. Turn fish fillets in breadcrumbs and fry them in the Pan about 1 ½ minutes on each side or until they are through fried.
Dressing: Apples and celery chopped fine and mix with creme fraichen. Add the curry powder, sugar, salt and pepper. Garnish, if desired. with thinly sliced celery. Style dressing in refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish the fried fillets with fresh chopped parsley.
To the right is eaten new potatoes with cold butter. Serve lemon both for the fish.
