Instructions for Hornbæk Cake
To prepare the Hornbæk Cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
The margarine is stirred white with sugar, the egg yolks are added one at a time. Pour flour and baking soda in. The dough is spread into a greased pie.
The egg whites are whipped stiff before the sugar is whipped. Add the rasp and maneless and spread the mass over the dough.
The cake is baked approx. 45 min. At 190 degrees. If it becomes too dark, a little staniol can be added to the end.
