Instructions for Honey ice cream
To prepare the Honey ice cream recipe, please follow these instructions:
Egg yolks are stirred with honey until the mass becomes light and airy.
Milk and cream and vanilla are given a quick boost. Mix the warm (not too hot) milk powder with the egg yolk. Add lemon juice.
The total mass is cooled until poured into the ice machine for 25-20 minutes.
