Place the seeds on a baking sheet and shake it at 350 degrees in the oven for 20 minutes or until they are lightly roasted.

Pour the mixture into a medium-sized food process and run for 3 minutes.

Add 2 teaspoons of peanut oil and run at high speed for 30 seconds.
