Instructions for Homemade Tahini / Tahin
To prepare the Homemade Tahini / Tahin recipe, please follow these instructions:
Place the seeds on a baking sheet and shake it at 350 degrees in the oven for 20 minutes or until they are lightly roasted.
Pour the mixture into a medium-sized food process and run for 3 minutes.
Add 2 teaspoons of peanut oil and run at high speed for 30 seconds.
Add the 3 tablespoons of peanut oil and run with the food processor until the mixture is very dissolved ("smooth") for approx. 2 minutes.
Come into the salt if you want it very little - after taste.
