To prepare the Homemade ice-cream wafers - Homemade ice-cream fork recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve the sugar in the lukewarm water. Melt the butter and add it with the egg and whisk it well. Add flour and cinnamon and whisk well. Leave the dough to rest for approx. 30 minutes before baking.
Pour approx. 0.6 dl. Dough in a waffle iron and favor the dough well on the iron. Close the lid and back for approx. 10 minutes at full heat.
On the hot iron form the dough around the horn, beware it is hot, but it can not be formed once it gets cold.

Can also be placed over a cup and shaped into a waffle basket.
