Salmon roll: thinly sliced smoked salmon being placed on a piece of kitchen film. Cream cheese and crème frâiche whipped together, and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Crèmen lubricated on salmon slices and rolled tightly, as for the roulade. Should any rest 12 hours before slicing.

Ruccola salad salad: Rinse and dry it in a tea towel. Squash cut (with a potato peeler) into thin slices lengthwise and is layered with Arugula in olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and fresh chopped herbs. Boil down to ¾ part balsamic vinegar and allow to cool.
