Instructions for Herring pickled with celery and caraway
To prepare the Herring pickled with celery and caraway recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven at 180 degrees. Clip the fins of the herring fillets, sprinkle them on the inside with salt and pepper, then close them together and place them (so they don't touch each other) in a baking dish greased with a little oil. Clean and peel the celery and cut it into thin strips. Arrow onion, share it and cut it into thin slices. Put the vinegar, sugar, water and spices over the stove. Add the celery and onion and let it get a rehash. Pour the boiling brine over the herring and set them in the oven for about 10 mins.
