Instructions for Herring cream
To prepare the Herring cream recipe, please follow these instructions:
Smoked herring fillets skinned and picked into small pieces. The cold mashed potatoes stirred together with smoked herring fillets, chopped onion, capers, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Herring the cream taste, served in the bowl and garnish with freshly cut chives. Serve with wholemeal rye bread and chives. Herring cream lends itself nicely to sandwich cream.
Tips:
Smoked herring mackerel fillet in tomato can be replaced by or tuna in water.
