Remove the seeds from the cardamom capsules. Add anise seeds, and hug all the kernels. Add angelica root, cinnamon, clover, Mace, and vodka. Shake thoroughly and store for 1 week. Filter thoroughly. Blend the liquid with sugar. Can now be served. * This brandy looks like Italian Strega and the spicy flavour appeals not all.
