1 | bag | Desiccated coconut |
1.5-2 | dl | Oatmeal |
200 | g | Dates without stone |
200 | g | Figs |
200 | g | Nuts (I like best Brazil nuts |
2-2.5 | dl | Boiled water |
4-6 | tbsp | Unsweetened cacao |
Instructions for Healthy oatmeal goblets
To prepare the Healthy oatmeal goblets recipe, please follow these instructions:
Take dates, figs and 2 dl water in a food processor. Blend until the mass is a bit even.
Add oatmeal, cocoa (start with 4 tablespoons) and nuts and mix again, the mass of stick to mix it add a little more water.
Now taste with coconut and possibly extra cocoa.
Remember that the pulp is quite soft and does not taste as much as if it had cooled down
Divide them into small lumps of two spoons and roll them into coconut.
Keep them cool for a couple of hours.
tips:
They are pretty good but they can good give a little "racer-stomach"
