2 | tsp | Baking soda |
2 | tsp | Cinnamon |
2 | tsp | Bicarbonate of soda |
225 | g | Melted margarine |
3 | dl | Oatmeal |
350 | g | Sugar |
360 | g | Wheat flour |
4 | Eggs | |
4.5 | dl | Water |
Instructions for Havregrøds cake
To prepare the Havregrøds cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cook a porridge of oatmeal and water cool the porridge pipe it up with the melted margarine so it becomes mush like.
In another bowl, beat the sugar and eggs are frothy.
Term the dry ingredients in the sugar mass, pour havregrøds slip in and mix it all together.
Place in a baking pan with baking paper which is about 20 x 30 cm.
Bake approximately 45 min at 175 degrees.
