1 | kg | Polish kelbasa sausage |
1/2 | dl | Whipping cream or creme fraise |
50 | g | Mayonnaise |
50 | g | Scraped horseradish |
500 | g | China-shrimp |
6 | Fresh corn on the COB |
Instructions for Gumbo a la Susanne
To prepare the Gumbo a la Susanne recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the Pepperroot into Mayonnaise and spice up with either whipped cream or craime fraise.
Cut sausages and possibly corn cobs into suitable pieces. Fill a large pot of water and let the corn and sausages boil for about 10 minutes. Heel the prawns in the boiling water and let it boil for another two minutes and until the prawns are pink.
Pour the water and the server steaming hot on a large dish with horseradish salad as dipping.
