Instructions for GUISO
To prepare the GUISO recipe, please follow these instructions:
Onions, potatoes, carrots and cabbage are sliced or cut. Onions and beef brune in margarine. Carrots, potatoes and cauliflower are added and when it has fallen together add rice. Boil boiling water and broth over the dish and add spices to taste. The court slips under low for about 1/2 hour.
Guiso is served with hot flutes, beer and brandy.
The court also tastes best on the second day.
