125g4 kornsblanding
4dlWater
400gWheat flour
50gYeast
60gGrahamsnel
60gFlax seed

Instructions for Grovflutes

To prepare the Grovflutes recipe, please follow these instructions:

4 kornsblanding, flaxseed and whole wheat flour in a bowl and add boiling water. Stands approximately 2 hours.
