Ingredients for Grovflutes

1 | dl | Ymer |
1.5 | tsp | Salt |
125 | g | 4 kornsblanding |
4 | dl | Water |
400 | g | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Yeast |
60 | g | Grahamsnel |
60 | g | Flax seed |
Instructions for Grovflutes
To prepare the Grovflutes recipe, please follow these instructions:
4 kornsblanding, flaxseed and whole wheat flour in a bowl and add boiling water. Stands approximately 2 hours.
Yeast, ymer, salt, sugar and wheat flour is added and the dough is kneaded well through. Made to uplift a warm place approximately 3/4 hours.
The dough is beaten down and shaped for 3 flutes. After raising the plate approx. 15 minutes.
By scratches and brushed with water.
Baking time: 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees c. alm. oven. Bake on Middle ovnribbe.
Tips:
The dough can also bake as muffins.
