7.5dlSkimmed milk
800gHvidhved or wheat flour

Instructions for Grove Health Scones

To prepare the Grove Health Scones recipe, please follow these instructions:

Boil milk and five-grain mixture for a couple of minutes, remember to stir strongly during cooking, otherwise the milk will stick to the bottom, allow to cool for approx. 10 min. Then add margarine to the mixture.
Mix the dry ingredients into a bowl, mix the milk-margarine mixture. Eel the dough evenly and then form 30 "buns" of a size to fit a Muffinform (about 80g).
Behind 170 degrees in the middle of the oven for approx. 20 min. They may well do a little more, but it is up to you.

tips:
Instead of Active Fit, 300g of liquid margarine and 300g of sugar or cake rice can be used. Chopped almonds, nuts or dark chocolate can be added with advantage.
