100 | g | Wheat flour |
2 | tbsp | Honey |
4 | tbsp | Oil |
5 | dl | Water |
50 | g | Yeast |
800 | g | Wholemeal wheat flour |
Instructions for Grove buns
To prepare the Grove buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast dissolves in the lukewarm water, oil, salt and sugar together with the flour. The dough is thoroughly kneaded on a spelled table for at least 5 minutes. Until it releases a hand and a table.
Stir in the bowl a steady place for 30 minutes.
Then the dough is thrown and molded into buns put on baking paper on a baking sheet. Replies now for 15 min. While the oven is heated to 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
Bake for 35 min. At degrees C. alm. oven. Cool on baker.
