Peeled tomatoes
Pepper
Salt
1Chili
1kgPotatoes
1Nutmeg
1Large shallots
1twigThyme
1.5-2lBelgian trappist beer
16Slices bacon (or infinity)
2.5dlMilk
3tbspCrushed cumin seeds
3Bay leaves

350gMushrooms (chanterelles or other delicious)
5dlWhipped cream
500gMinced beef
500gPork into cubes

Instructions for Gris and Ko-Casserole

To prepare the Gris and Ko-Casserole recipe, please follow these instructions:

Faint the meat and onions, and gather it all in a large cast iron pan - pour the beer and the peeled tomatoes over and simmer in
6 hours of low heat with spices (do not pour as much beer at the start and supplement along the way - good days may well go 3 liters :))
Then add cream and mushrooms - and simmer on.

Cook the potatoes until they are boiled, mash them and add cream and milk, nutmeg and season with salt and pepper
