To prepare the Grilled Thai owner recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sambal Olek, garlic, lime juice, oil and fish sauce whisked together to form a marinade. The thawed shrimp, put in the marinade. They must be kept for 24 hours in the refrigerator. The prawns grilled in 4-5 minutes. Beware they will be easily cool if they grilled too long. The shrimp peeled, remember to remove the black string in the back. Serving: serve immediately with lime and possibly both sweet chili sauce.
