1 | dl | Whipped cream |
2 | Egg yolks | |
2 | tbsp | Fintklippet chives |
2 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
2 | dl | White wine |
2-3 | tsp | Coarse salt |
3 | dl | Fish broth |
3 | tbsp | Cut dill |
3 | tbsp | Oil |
Instructions for Grilled Salmon with herb sauce
To prepare the Grilled Salmon with herb sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Start with the sauce: Came wine and broth in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Smooth with flour udrørt in a little broth. Whip cream and egg yolk together and whip it in. Warm it to near the boiling point, while being touched. Mix in the herbs and season with salt and pepper.
Rub salmon crunch with oil and salt and put it with the skin side down on grill grate, ca. 20 cm from the embers. Fry the fish 15-20 minutes, gently take the salmon onto a spække Board and let it rest briefly before cutting it.
Server herb sauce, together with new potatoes and vegetables.
