500 | g | Chicken breast without bone |
500 | g | Lean pork without bones |
7 | dl | Thick coconut milk |
Instructions for Grilled meat with peanut sauce
To prepare the Grilled meat with peanut sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bank the meat until it is leveled something out and then cut it into strips, approximately 2 cm wide, and 7 ½-10 cm long. Mix the coconut milk and spices and let the meat stand and pull in the mixture for at least 1 hour.
When you have to make the sauce, heat a cup-full coconut milk in a wok over medium heat until the milk begins to tykne. The Red curry paste is stirred in and cook until beginning to turn out oil. Then stir in the remaining coconut milk and the mixture boils further with occasional stirring, until the sauce has the same consistency like thick yoghurt. Then add seasonings and groundnut, and mix in a few more minutes.
Kødstrimlerne placed on the barbecue spit, after which the meat is grilled in the oven or over glowing charcoal in a couple of minutes on each side. Served hot with the sauce as a dip and a bowl with arjad as a contrast.
