To prepare the Grilled Lobster Tails recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse lobster tails thoroughly, crack tails with a large knife as the last part of the tails still hangs together, in this way, it is much easier to get the shell off.
Chop the garlic finely and chop coarsely.
Put the lobster tails close in a heat-proof platter, sprinkle with finely chopped garlic, salt, pepper, half the parsley and pour olive oil over.
Roast the lobster tails in the oven at 200 degrees for about 12 min.
