Egg yolk
Wholemeal bread
Pepper
0.25tspCoarse salt
0.5cloveCrushed garlic
150gCherry tomatoes in half
2.5dlSalad yogurt
200gSquash
225gFeta (whole piece)
25Black olives

Instructions for Grilled Feta

To prepare the Grilled Feta recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dressing: Taste Salad Yoghurt with garlic, salt and pepper. Style it covered in the refrigerator for at least 1/2 hour. Stir it up before serving. Plane squashen to broad, thin strips with a potato peeler. Advantage squash strips and cherry tomatoes on a flat dish. Cut the Feta through lengthwise and then into 1 cm thick slices. Put cheese slices on a plate with wax paper and brush them with egg yolk. Grill at the top of the oven for approx. 3 min. serving Serve the grilled Feta with olive on the vegetables. Server the dressing in a bowl beside it.
