To prepare the Grilled chicken breast with chutney butter recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the butter softly. Chop the mangochutney and stir it together with lemon peel. Put the butter cold.
Mix oil, soy sauce, ginger, salt and pepper and brush the chicken fillets with the mixture. Grill them over the fires for approx. 6 min. On each side, depending on the thickness of the meat. Serve the chicken with chutney butter and boiled rice mixed with minima, sliced onion and cherry tomatoes.
