150gCocktail sausages

Instructions for Grill spear

To prepare the Grill spear recipe, please follow these instructions:

Sprinkle the tenderloin and cut into 8 slices wrapped with bacon.

Clean the mushrooms. Clean the onions and divide them in quarters. Clean the pepper and cut it into 8 pieces.

Let the coctail sausages drip and roll a half slice of bacon about each.

Each spoon consists of two pieces of meat, 2 quarters of onions, 2 cherry tomatoes, 2 mushrooms, 2 pieces of pepper and 4 cocktail sausages, distributed well on the spear.
Sprinkle with some peppers and peppers. The grate is lubricated with oil and the spears are grilled.
