Ingredients for Green pasta salad with tuna and egg

1bundleGreen asparagus
1tbspMayonnaise
1Lettuce head (CURL, green oak leaves or frisee lettuce or a mixture)
1dlPlain yogurt
2Eggs
2tspGritty sennepsalt
2canTuna in oil or water
200gPeas (fresh frost or bælgede)
200gPasta, URf.eks. wholemeal screws

Instructions for Green pasta salad with tuna and egg

To prepare the Green pasta salad with tuna and egg recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the bottom-end of asparagus (where they break naturally) and cut asparagus for approx. 3 cm cuts.
Cook the pasta as indicated on the package. The last 2 min. Boil peas and asparagus with. Drain, pour cold water over, drain again too cool.
Boil the eggs for approx. 10 min. Until they are hard-boiled. Pour the eggs and cool before cutting into quarters.
Rinse the salad and swallow it well. Divide the salad into smaller pieces.
Seasoned pasta with peas, asparagus, salad, eggs and tuna and decorate with cers.
Stir the ingredients together and drizzle over the salad.
