Instructions for Greek turkey beer
To prepare the Greek turkey beer recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turkey over / under thighs is placed in a refractory dish or frying pan. Season with salt.
Pour some water and cook the dish in the oven at approx. 200 degrees Celsius Cooking time approx. 1 hour per kg.
Raw potatoes: In the oil mix the squeezed garlic, salt and possibly. pepper. Peel and slice the potatoes. Brush the refractory dish with some of the oil pressure. Put the potato slices into it and brush them with the rest of the oil press. Potatoes can possibly Also sprinkled with paprika.
