Instructions for Greek potato pie
To prepare the Greek potato pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse the potatoes well and cut them into narrow boats. Bring them in a small pan and drizzle with oil and lemon.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano over and turn crushed or finely chopped garlic sauce in.
Place the dish in the oven at 200 degrees oven
Cut the peppers in strips alongside. Mix them in the potatoes after 35 min
Give the potato dish another 10 min.
Finally sprinkle with fats and olives and add the parsley before serving.
