Instructions for Great day of greetings

To prepare the Great day of greetings recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt the butter and pour it into a bowl. Bring water and yeast and stir it together. Add eggs, sugar, salt, cardamom and most of the flour and mix well. Eat the rest of the flour, but make sure the dough does not get too firm. The amount of flour depends on the size of the egg and the moisture of the flour.

Peel the dough blank and allow it to be covered in the bowl approx. 1 hour.

Slice the dough easily and divide it into 12 pieces. Vibrate them to buns and put them tightly together in a greased pan of bread 23x33 cm.
