Instructions for Gratinated Norway lobster tail
To prepare the Gratinated Norway lobster tail recipe, please follow these instructions:
Season the thinned lobster tails, chopped hard boiled eggs, chopped dill, mustard powder and mustard. Spice with cream and season with salt and pepper.
Fill the ragout into four oven-proof portion dishes and sprinkle with fried cheese.
Put them in the oven at 250 degrees C. alm. Oven to the surface is golden - approx. 5 minutes.
Served with hot flutes.
