Ingredients for Gratin
1 | L. frozen vegetable mixture (about 600 g) | |
1 | pinch | Pepper |
1 | tsp | Salt |
2.5 | dl | Milk |
25 | g | Margarine |
3.5 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
4 | Eggs |
Instructions for Gratin
To prepare the Gratin recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven at 200 degrees
Grease a dish.
Distribute the frozen vegetables in the dish.
Melt the margarine in a saucepan and stir the flour in stirring.
Pour the milk and whip it all together as you warm it through.
Take the pot from the heat and whip egg, salt and pepper in.
Pour the dough over the vegetables.
Place the dish in the oven for about ¾ hours.
tips:
Additionally, meat can be added to your own taste. I use as a snack of slices or sliced sausages
