Instructions for Grandma's cream-dumpling
To prepare the Grandma's cream-dumpling recipe, please follow these instructions:
The flour sifted with salt, sugar and cardamom. Cream or cream and stir in buttermilk gradually. The egg yolks are added. The egg whites whipped very stiff with soda and mixed into the batter just before baking. Apple slices baked 6-7 min. in an oil or margarine oily takoyaki. They are kept warm in the oven at 100 gr. They can be baked in advance and warmed in a layer in saucepan approximately 5-8 minutes at 200 gr.
Tips:
Traditionally served with powdered sugar, sugar and jam, but fhvis you want to try something new, try with a little sour cream and a little fruit pulp
