2 | tsp | Salt |
25 | g | Yeast |
250-300 | g | Courgettes |
4 | dl | Water |
500 | g | Whole wheat flour or wholemeal wheat flour |
Instructions for Grainy bread with courgettes or Carrot
To prepare the Grainy bread with courgettes or Carrot recipe, please follow these instructions:
Grate the washed the courgettes coarsely and mix them in a bowl with 1 tsp. salt. Let them soak for about 20 minutes and pressure them free of moisture.
Stir the yeast into 2 dl. of the water. Add the honey and let væden be snug to the lather easily, after about 20 minutes.
Pipe gærvæden along with courgetterne. Add the last 2 dl. water, 1 tsp. salt and flour. Stir everything together into a thick porridge.
Pressure "porridge" down in a greased baking Tin and smooth the surface with a spoon. The dough should fill the form button 3/4 op. Tires mold with film or a damp cloth, and let dough raise in a warm place until the border, approx. 2 hours.
Bake the bread in the oven at 200 degrees for about 70 minutes.
