Include wheat flour, broken wheat kernels, grahamsmel and salt in a bowl. Warm milk and water until it is hand warm. Stir the yeast into a little of the water. Pour it as well as the rest of the liquid into the flour mixture and stir. The dough does not get stuck. Pour it into lubricated and molded molds 2L. Cover the bread with a dish and let them rise about 1 hour. Bake on the bottom groove at 225ยบ for approx. 1 hour. Covered if required. With aloe oil when half of the baking time has passed, so the crust does not get too hard. Brush the finished bread with water. Turn them out of shape. Cool to cover on baking stand.
