Instructions for Graham bread with potatoes
To prepare the Graham bread with potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pure or mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl. Warm the water until it is hand warm. Mix it with potatoes, salt, sugar and yeast. Stir around until the yeast is dissolved. Add grahamsmel, the majority of wheat flour and spices. Stir and knead the dough until it is smooth and allow it to rise approx. 30 min. Pour the dough onto the baking table and knead the rest of the flour. Eaten the dough until it is smooth and smooth. Divide it into two pieces and roll each piece into bread, put in lubricated and molded shapes, approx. 1½ L. Height to double size. Bake in the bottom of the oven at 200º for approx. 50 min. Brush with cold water.
