100 | g | Raisins |
2 | dl | A-38 |
2 | Eggs | |

2 | Large grof trevne apples | |
2 | dl | Water |
2 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
2.5 | dl | Oatmeal |
25 | g | Yeast |
3 | Medium-sized finely grated carrots | |
75 | g | Grof trevne almonds |
800 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Good, healthy muffins
To prepare the Good, healthy muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve the yeast in a bowl of water and A-38, which is tempered to it's finger hot-about 37 degrees. Salt and brown sugar is added and stirred until dissolved. Stir in the eggs. Add oatmeal, Apple, carrot, almonds, raisins, cinnamon and vanilla and mix well. Mix in the flour and the dough is kneaded until it is smooth and release the bowl. (It is possible to be a little more flour in the end abandoned.) The dough raises covered in 45 minutes. When the dough is raised to approximately double the size of the molded it into buns on baking sheet and after raising uncovered for 20 minutes. Buns bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees (hot air oven 180 degrees) in 20-25 minutes. Baking time can vary from oven to oven, but the dumplings are finished when they sound hollow when banks them at the bottom with a finger. Enjoy!
