The dough is stirred by machine. Butter, eggs and brown sugar in the bowl and stir well until farinen is dissolved. Melsorterne weighed and mixed with spices and place then in mixing bowl and stir in min. 10 min. Dough made to cool for 30 minutes.
Roll out dough into finger-thick rods and cut out the gingerbread with a sharp knife. Made on a lined baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
