2.25 | kg | Potatoes |
25 | g | Butter |
3-4 | tbsp | Real honey |
7.5 | dl | Whipped cream |

To prepare the Glazed ham and cream potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the corn off the ham.
Glazing:
Stir honey and butter together. Crush the junk berries in mortar and add them with orange peel and pepper. Distribute the glazing over the top of the ham. Place the ham in a small pan and put it in the oven approx. 15-25 minutes at 225 degrees C. alm. Oven until it is golden.
The time depends on whether the ham is hot or cold when placed in the oven. Peel the honey over the ham as it melts.
The potatoes are peeled and cut into slices and placed in an ovenproof dish. Pour the cream over and season with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Place in the oven for 1 hour at 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
